PSI Shield: The user of this move will have a 50% increase in defense until its next turn.Hypnosis: The targeted enemy unit joins your side permanently.Lifeup: Heals the unit that used this move.
PK Freeze: Targets a hostile unit, causing it to be unable to move for a turn with stronger variants dealing damage.PK Fire: Targets a hostile unit, damaging it and any enemy units adjacent to it.The PSI Powerhouse himself, Ness from Eagleland, makes his way to Civilization!
